We will be conducting Athletic Physicals for any GCHS or Middle School Athletes on Wednesday, July 23rd, from 6pm to 8pm at the GCHS Rec. Center. Click here for more information.

2008-09 Cheerleading Tryouts
May 12th: 4:30pm to 6:30pm Clinic / 6:30pm Parent Meeting (Commons)
May 13th: 4:30pm to 6:30pm Clinic
May 15th: 4:30pm 8:30pm Tryouts

Please meet in the main gym. You must have a current physical (within last calendar year) to attend clinic and tryouts.

3RD ANNUAL GREYHOUND/VIKING GOLF CHALLENGE

The Teays Valley Viking Golfers and the Grove City Greyhound Golfers have once again combined their efforts in a unique golf fundraiser for their respective teams. The 3rd Annual Greyhound/ Viking Challenge promises to be a great event with plenty of exciting golf, food and prizes to go around. So get your foursome together for this exciting day of golf while competing for your school colors. How it works: Each school will take its lowest 5 team scores added together to produce a champion. So put on your Blue and Gold, dress up in the Red, White and Blue and get your team together for the CHALLENGE!

WHEN: Thursday, July 3rd
WHAT: 4 person Scramble
WHERE: Foxfire Golf Club, Foxfire Course
TIME: 8am Shotgun
COST: $50 per person/$200 per Team (includes green fee, cart, range balls, prizes and cookout)

BOOSTERS SPAGHETTI DINNER
The Grove City Athletic Boosters is having a Spaghetti Dinner at the Elk's
Lodge (2140 Sonora Dr., Grove City, OH) on Friday, May 16, 2008 from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. Adults $7 and Children under 12 $4. For tickets please contact Dena Carlisle at 871-8817 or Sue Fraley at 875-7910.

DINING TO DONATE AT APPLEBEE'S
Dine at Applebee's (2020 Stringtown Rd., Grove City) on April 23, 2008 and May 21st from 5pm to 9pm and 10% of your bill will be donated to the Grove City Athletic Boosters. Please mention this to your server when ordering.

VOLLEYBALL WEIGHT TRAINING
Volleyball Weight Training sessions have begun. Sessions will be held every Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6pm-7:30pm in the main gym weight room. All players interested in trying out for the 2008 season are encouraged to participate. Incoming freshman are also welcome with parental consent.

GC GREYHOUNDS ATHLETIC BOOSTER MEETINGS
All Athletic Booster meetings are held on the first Monday of each month. The Executive meeting begins at 6pm and the general meeting begins at 6:30pm. All sports are considered a part of the Grove City Greyhound Athletic Boosters. The next meeting will be held on Monday,
May 5, 2008.
