GROVE CITY ATHLETIC TRAINING

We will be conducting Athletic Physicals for any GCHS or Middle School Athletes on Wednesday, July 23rd, from 6pm to 8pm at the GCHS Rec. Center. Physicals are required for all sports and are valid for one year from the date of the exam. Cost will be $10 per athlete. The OHSAA physical form is available for download from this website (under our Student Resources page) or you may pick up a copy in the school's main office.
